VoicePrice uses Apple's speech recognition to turn your voice into invoices. Depending on your device and settings, audio may be processed on-device or by Apple's servers under Apple's privacy policy. VoicePrice never receives, stores, or has access to your audio.
When you use CloudKit Sync, your invoice data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide the invoicing service. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data or invoice content in any way.
3. Analytics
Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
The VoicePrice app collects anonymous usage analytics to help us improve the product. This includes:
- An anonymous device identifier stored locally on your device (not linked to your identity)
- Usage events such as screen views, feature interactions, and app lifecycle events
This data is sent to our self-hosted analytics server. No personally identifiable information is collected. We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other apps or websites.
4. Third-Party Services
VoicePrice integrates with Apple's CloudKit for data synchronization. Your data is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy when using sync features.
5. Data Retention
All invoice data is stored locally on your device. You can delete your data at any time by removing it from the app.
6. Children's Privacy
VoicePrice is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
